Exporters:

Specifies the criteria, procedures, and conditions for becoming an
Authorized Economic Operator (Importer/Exporter).
- Customs Notification No. 131/2566:
Specifies the criteria, procedures, and conditions for becoming an
Authorized Economic Operator (Importer/Exporter) (Amendment No. 2).
For Customs Brokers:
- Customs Notification No. 121/2561:
Specifies the criteria, procedures, and conditions for becoming an
Authorized Economic Operator (Customs Broker).
- Customs Notification No. 132/2566:
Specifies the criteria, procedures, and conditions for becoming an
Authorized Economic Operator (Customs Broker) (Amendment No. 2).
For Import and Export
Procedures under Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs):
